Cuisine

World-class cuisine with an ever changing 9 course menu. Contemporary cuisine fusing local, seasonal ingredients with an international flair. Our chefs take simple ingredients, many of which are harvested on the property and treat them with the same care and attention as those that are a great delicacy.

Butler Service

In this Old World setting, seated amongst the bow ties, feathers and sequins, there seems nothing more appropriate than having the white-gloved service of a quiet but ever present butler caring for your every whim.

Setting

Surrounded by ancient camel thorns and an ever-changing mountain range, The Rhino Royale is a truly unique location. The restaurant seems to have roots in the place, comfortable in it’s majestic surroundings since the building has been part of the land for 30 years.

Wine Pairing

With such a carefully designed menu it would be a sin not to accompany it by an equally well thought out wine pairing. Each course is complimented with the perfect wine which enhances the flavours in the food rather than dominating them.

All dressed-up we were driven in an open game-drive vehicle from the main lodge into nowhere not knowing what to expect except that we will be served a 9-course-dinner with wine pairing.
